On The Route Recycling
Recycle DAT!’s signature program. During weekend day parades on the two weekends leading up to Mardi Gras, the public can now recycle aluminum cans, glass and plastic bottles and unwanted parade throws to benefit local non-profits. Staffed recycling stations along both Napoleon & St. Charles Ave will maintain and process recycling receptacles placed along the route. Additionally, these stations distribute crawfish sacks that can be filled with clean throws to be recycled and returned.
