“ON THE ROUTE” PARADE RECYCLING

Distributing and collecting recycling bags along the uptown parade route in order to keep unwanted throws and disposable waste out of our landfills, streets and storm drains.

SUSTAINABLE THROW CATALOG

A platform to discuss, compare and buy throws that are made from sustainable materials, are biodegradable, functional and/or benefit local businesses or non-profits.

WASTE REDUCTION MARCHING KREWE

The “marching Krewe with a job to do” collects recyclable waste from parade goers in an interactive, amusing and enthusiastic way instead of producing it.

FUTURE OF MARDI GRAS EXPO

An annual event meant to connect marching Krewes, float riders and parade organizers to local vendors of high quality Mardi Gras throws, goods and services.
